*Won the award for "Best Theme" at the Game Jam
On this Project I wanted to gain a better understanding of the IK systems inside Unity. So I used my existing knowledge of the Unity Mechanim system, and built an IK system to place pre-existing animations on our alien model, and cram him inside tight spaces of the ship.
I also did some minor art assets, such as the chests, and lockers where the alien could hide.
Gained a far better understanding of the IK system in Unity, and it's limitations. Gained a better understanding of the animator in Unity, through use of pairing with IK animations.
Also decided at this Game Jam that next time, I will spend some time to set up a repo, as passing around a flash drive is far more time consuming and risky.
